Conceptual riverside residence

The customer decided to swap his existing villa for a newly built apartment in a conceptual setting, with large windows offering a stunning view of the water. For the apartment’s interior, we opted to use high-quality materials that create a luxurious and warm atmosphere. The hallway is finished with floor-to-ceiling panelling featuring flush-mounted doors, sliding doors and a recess for an objet d’art, concealing the functional elements and creating a minimalist yet luxurious and stylish look. The use of the same materials in the open-plan kitchen creates a sense of unity throughout the interior. This unity is also achieved in the sleeping area. The bathroom with spa facilities, bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and library form a single cohesive whole thanks to the consistent use of light colours and high-quality finishes.
